Getting Started

Who can buy on BulkVyapaar?

BulkVyapaar is a B2B platform open to registered businesses — distributors, wholesalers, retailers, event planners, and manufacturers. You need a valid GSTIN to register.

How do I register my business?

Click "Register" on the top right, fill in your business details and GSTIN, and submit. Our team verifies the details and activates your account within 24 hours.

Is there a registration fee?

No. Registration is completely free. You only pay for the products you order.

Pricing & Discounts

How do bulk volume discounts work?

Each product can have bulk volume discounts — for example, "3% off on 50+ units, 6% off on 100+ units". The discount applies automatically based on the total quantity across all variants of a product in your order.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST is calculated and shown at checkout based on the applicable HSN code for each product. A full GST invoice is generated after payment.

Can I get a custom quote for very large orders?

Yes. For orders above ₹5 lakh, contact our sales team at sales@bulkvyapaar.com for a tailored pricing proposal.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

What is MOQ?

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest quantity you can order for a given product or variant. This is set by the supplier to ensure cost efficiency. The MOQ is clearly shown on every product page.

Does MOQ apply per variant or per product?

MOQ is per variant. If a product has multiple variants (e.g., different sizes or colours), each variant has its own MOQ. However, bulk volume discounts are calculated on the total quantity ordered across all variants.

What is Order Multiple?

Some products are sold in fixed packs. An order multiple of 12 means you must order 12, 24, 36, etc. The quantity stepper on the product page will automatically snap to valid multiples.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Standard delivery across India takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Metro cities are typically 2–3 days.

Do you ship pan-India?

Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India via our logistics partners.

Who bears the shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and delivery pincode. Orders above ₹10,000 qualify for free shipping on most products.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once dispatched, you receive an AWB number via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for large orders. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Is there a credit/payment term option?

Credit terms (Net-15 or Net-30) are available for verified distributor-tier accounts with a good order history. Contact your account manager to apply.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or incorrectly shipped goods within 48 hours of delivery. Please raise a return request from your account dashboard with photo evidence.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
