Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using BulkVyapaar ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

The Platform is intended for registered businesses. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to transact on behalf of your business
• All information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable Indian laws

You must register an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All products are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) displayed on the product page. Orders below the MOQ will not be accepted. Prices are listed exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. BulkVyapaar reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not store your payment card details.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to courier availability and your delivery location. BulkVyapaar is not liable for delays caused by shipping partners or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

GST-compliant invoices are generated for all orders and available for download from your Orders page. It is your responsibility to ensure your GSTIN is correctly entered in your profile for B2B invoicing.

All content on the Platform, including logos, product descriptions, and design, is owned by or licensed to BulkVyapaar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

BulkVyapaar's liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business profits or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
