Refund & Return Policy

Summary

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received an incorrect item or quantity
  • The product is missing components listed in the product description

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after dispatch
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Perishable or custom-made products (if stated on the product page)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Select the order and click Report an Issue
  3. Describe the issue and attach photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

3. Return Pickup

Approved returns will be picked up by our logistics partner at no cost to you. Please ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Razorpay Wallet: 1–2 business days

GST amounts are refunded along with the product price. A revised credit note will be issued for your records.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled β€” please initiate a return after delivery instead.

To cancel before dispatch, contact support immediately at support@bulkvyapaar.com with your order number.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is affected, a partial refund will be issued for the affected items only, after verification.
